Galba

I just added this coin of the emperor Galba to the gallery. It is very rare.

Galba succeeded Nero and was emperor for only seven months, from June 68 to January 69 AD. He was the first of four emperors in 69 AD, a year known as the year of four emperors. The other three were Otho, Vitellius, and Vespasian.

Theodosius I

This coin is from the emperor Theodosius I. He ruled from 379 - 395 AD. He was the last emperor to rule over both the Eastern and Western Roman Empires. He made Christianity the official state religion.
